1 · Scope of this policy
This document describes how Fantasy Sport Zone (the website at fantasysportzone.com) treats personal information when an adult reader interacts with editorial content, the contact form, or general navigation. Fantasy Sport Zone is an editorial and educational publication. It is not a financial service, not a gaming operator and not a contest platform.
Because no user account exists on the site, there are no profiles, no balances, no transaction records and no financial identifiers stored.
2 · What data the site touches
The site itself processes a minimal amount of information needed to deliver pages reliably and to understand how readers move through the publication.
- Technical request metadata such as IP, browser type and language, retained only as required to operate the site.
- Aggregate, anonymised reading statistics that help the editorial team understand which essays are most consulted.
- Information you choose to provide voluntarily through the contact form.
4 · The contact form
When you write to the editorial team using the contact form, the message and your email address reach the team for the purpose of replying to you. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation. They are not used for marketing.
5 · Reader rights
Readers based in the European Union, including Germany, have rights under the GDPR. These include the right of access, the right of rectification, the right of erasure, the right to restriction of processing and the right to object. To exercise any of these rights, write to support@fantasysportzone.com.
6 · Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated as the editorial project evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page. Continuing to read the site after a change means you accept the revised text.
